The KATA D-Light Capsule-183 DL is stylish, functional lightweight, protective case which is designed to carry camcorders such as the Panasonic AG-HVX200, AG-HPX170 and AG-HMC150, the Canon XH A1s and XH G1s, the Sony HVR-V1, HVR-Z1, HVR-Z5, HVR-Z7 and similar. A TST RIB running down the middle of the bag and an Aluminum Skeleton stave which arcs across the mid section provide structural protection while light yet durable RipStop fabrics, Honeycomb Panels and Aeriform foams join together to create a lightweight protective compact case.
The protective rigid capsule design is asymmetric, so that when unfolding the two palm-shaped sides a large opening is created. This provides easy access to the camcorder, which is snugly secured between two sturdy Aeriform Dividers. The ample space on both sides of the camcorder easily fit cables, chargers, batteries and even a small monopod or tripod while in the zippered pockets one can fit filters, cards and other small accessories. When closing the bag a rigid tongue will automatically align the two palms for easy zip-up. Additional storage for accessories or personal effects is available in the full length external pocket.
The included Lens Pillow fits snugly under your lens to perfectly stabilize your camcorder. A Rain Cover is also included for protection in rough weather conditions. Carrying options include an interconnected 3 handle and 1 shoulder strap system, while Insertrolley connection is available for wheel-along transportation (Insertrolley not included, see accessories).

- Like most KATA products, the Capsule-183 DL is constructed with their special "Yelloop" interior made of a loop fabric to which you can fasten dividers. The interior is a bright yellow, so the contents can be viewed with ease. Included dividers enable you to create compartments inside the case that meet your exact requirements.

- The shoulder strap attaches to the bag via this rugged yet lightweight buckle, which accepts either a quick-release hook or the strap itself. Either option ensures that the strap will cross the shoulder at the optimal ergonomic angle to provide comfort and stability.

- Insertrolley Optional Accessory
- The simple yet ingenious Insertrolley System can be used with many Kata cases. It allows you to either use the trolley separately or with more than one case. Simply slide the trolley through the sleeve on the cases for secure and easy mobility. You can detach the trolley when you want to store it and easily replace it if damaged. Patented extendable wheel system helps to better stabilize larger cases.
