The RL-302 Laptop Rucksack is designed for professionals and executives on the go. The backpack will organize, store and protect all your equipment as well as your traveling gear. Specifically designed features include a quick-access pocket for wallet and passport, and a zip-up mesh water bottle pouch. The harness system will ensure ultimate weight distribution, and when not in use will fold out of the way. The KATA Insertrolley is an available option for easy roll-along transportation.

To meet your ever-changing day-to-day travel needs, two storage options are available:

A padded laptop shoulder bag is integrated in the TST protected midsection of the rucksack allowing for immediate removal when necessary (for instance airport security checks). This bag can be used as an independent laptop case. When removed from the rucksack the width can be easily reduced using the buckle and strap adjustment system.

A laptop slot is available inside the rear compartment. Large front and rear padded compartments with organizer panels will hold folders, paperwork, laptop accessories and much more. Numerous designated pockets throughout will hold all your personal effects such as a mobile phone, PDA, MP3 player and more.

TST (Thermo-Shield-Technology)

TST is a state-of-the-art solution that gives the perfect protection for the digital equipment while creating an extremely light product.

1. The outer surface of the TST is thermo-formed in a protective "ribshape" construction (Patent Pending).
2. It is made of Super Nylon -- a Mil-Std, double cord, water and dust proof, high tenacity and abrasion-resistance fabric.
3. Underneath, a cross-linked, closed cell PE+EVA shield is impact and shock protective while providing comprehensive insulation against cold, heat and moisture.
4. The internal padding provides the necessary cushioning and vibration reduction.
5. The lining is KATA's unique Yelloop material which is fabricated especially for the anti-scratch and anti-static requirements while allowing divider attachment for internal partitioning.

KATA EPH (Ergonomic Photo) System Compatible

The EPH System allows you to set the configuration required for the mission. You can attach two or three products that are EPH System Compatible into a set: The HB-207 Backpack together with the T-212 Torso Pack will give a combination that has high storage volume and optimal weight distribution, for example. This is only one of more than 15 different possible combinations.

Omega Carrying System

The RL-302 comes with a carrying system concealment unit, which gives you rapid access to the harness and allows easy repackaging when needed. The harness itself has a special padding and is ergonomically designed to sit comfortably on your shoulders.
