KATA Sundo Audio Gear Organizer Bags offer the ultimate in audio gear transport and protection for the ENG professional with extra room to store your supplies and accessories close at hand. Sundo features an ergonomic design and smart, modular organization. Smart solutions for working in rain or extreme weather conditions include access openings to cables and transparent monitoring flaps.

The KATA Sundo-1 Audio Gear Organizer Bag fits Shure FP31, FP32, FP32A, FP33 or Sound Devices 442 or similar 3-channel mixers. It can also hold smaller mixers with even more room for additional gear and accessories. Sundo-1 comes equipped with an APSS padded strap for carrying the case on your shoulder or across the chest. Or use KATA's innovative Opposite V Harness (OVH), an optional accessory.

Like most KATA products, the Sundo-1 is constructed with their special "Yelloop" interior made of a loop fabric to which you can fasten dividers. The interior is a bright yellow, so the contents can be viewed with ease. Internal dividers are included and, if needed, additional Modi-Vers dividers kits are available, enabling you to create compartments inside the case that meet your exact requirements.

Dual-Purpose Buckle For APSS Shoulder Strap or Optional OVH Harness

The shoulder strap attaches to the bag via this rugged yet lightweight buckle, which accepts either a quick-release hook or the strap itself. Either option ensures that the strap will cross the shoulder at the optimal ergonomic angle to provide comfort and stability.

The optional OVH Opposite-V Sound Harness is designed for carrying the Sundo in the front position. The OVH is ergonomically designed and padded with special anatomical layers and is adjustable for carrying/working height. Lets you work comfortably without the risk of neck aches by distributing the burden of weight between the shoulders and the back.

Room For Plenty of Gear

The modular main compartment holds and organizes a mixer, DAT, batteries, headphones and accessories. The Sundo's front pocket has room for up to 3-4 wireless receivers or transmitters, hand microphones, power supplies and connectors.

KATA's Patented shoulder strap is constructed from 5 layers, thermo molded to the desired shape and softness. The special dot fabric stabilizes the strap on the shoulder. On one shoulder or across the chest, the double-sided APSS has a unique curved shape that prevents it from digging into the wearer's neck while offering optimal weight distribution. The strap comes with two snap-hooks, which can easily be connected to any case.
