Center Column With Low Angle Adapter

The Manfrotto 055CX3 3-Section Carbon Fiber Tripod combines professional performances with essential design. The 100% carbon fiber tubes provide the best rigidity at an extreme light weight. The 055CX3 has a three-faceted aluminum center column, which can offset the pressure of the locking system and the torsion caused while in the horizontal position. The center column includes a low angle adapter which can be used as a short column. Each leg can be set independently in one of four angle settings using the dedicated quick-action leg angle selector. One of the core pillars for Manfrotto is design. With the 055CX3, all the locking collars, levers and main castings have been redesigned to allow for reliable, ergonomic and lighter tripods.
