The 190XB,056 is a complete kit consisting of the Manfrotto 190XB Tripod and the 056 3D Junior 3-Way Head. The Manfrotto 190XB Aluminum Tripod is built on the same ergonomically improved design as the 190XPROB but without the horizontal center column feature. The 190XB is slightly more compact than the 190XPROB. The ergonomics of the leg angle release mechanism and the quick action leg locks have been greatly improved.

Replacing the Manfrotto 3025 3-Way Head, the 056 3D Junior Head is the ideal head for 35mm and light to medium format work. Carefully selected materials, plus design and construction techniques combine to help save weight without sacrificing stability or strength. With a separate lock on each axis of movement, this head can be precisely adjusted, and panning/tracking can be achieved on any axis.

Each of the legs can be set to a different angle of spread for more flexible, versatile positioning and to help keep camera equipment well-balanced over the tripod's center of gravity. The 056 3D Junior head is precision-engineered to provide smooth and independent control of pan, backward and forward tilt plus side to side tilt movements. The camera position can rapidly change from landscape (horizontal) to portrait (vertical) or can be adjusted to the appropriate angle that best suits the shot. Large rubber grips on the pan and tilt handles provide efficient control.
