Replacing the 561BHDV, the Manfrotto 561BHDV-1 Pro Video Monopod replaces the 561B monopod. Strong and tall, the 561BHDV-1 is a 4-section monopod equipped with a fluid head. The 561BHDV-1 is able to support up to 8.8 pounds at heights up to 78.7 inches, while its three pivoting, retractable feet ensure a firm footing. The fluid cartridge incorporated into the base gives you incredibly smooth, jump-free panning action. Based on the award-winning stable and fluid design of Manfrotto's 560B fluid monopod, the 561BHDV-1 is stronger and taller, making it ideal for Mini DV, HDV and photo applications. It is equipped with a fluid head (design based on the 701HDV video head) including a long sliding plate. The ergonomic pan bar allows smooth panning and tilting movements.

The Manfrotto 561BHDV-1 Pro Video Monopod includes a fluid video head, based on the design of the Manfrotto 701HDV video head. The fluid head offers smooth, fluid tilts of -60 degrees to +90 degrees.

501PL Quick-Release Sliding Plate With VHS Pin

The 561BHDV-1 is equipped with the rectangular 501PL quick release plate system. The 501PL features a secondary security lock so you can't accidentally release the plate (and camera). The lock stops the quick release lever from opening fully. Supplied with 1/4-inch and 3/8-inch camera fixing screws. Dimensions: 3.39 x 1.5 x 0.43 inches.
