Strong and tall, the Manfrotto 562B-1 Pro Video Monopod is a 4-section monopod which replaces the 562B. The 562B-1 is similar to the 561B, except that it is equipped with a 357PLV sliding quick release plate without a head. The 562B-1 is able to support up to 17.6 pounds at heights up to 76 inches, while its three pivoting, retractable feet ensure a firm footing. The fluid cartridge incorporated into the base gives you incredibly smooth, jump-free panning action. Based on the award-winning stable and fluid design of Manfrotto's 560B fluid monopod, the 562B-1 is stronger and taller, making it ideal for Mini DV, HDV and photo applications.

RC3 (357PLV) Long Rapid Connect Plate

The 562B-1 is equipped with a 357PLV quick release camera plate system. This extra-long plate also features a secondary security lock so you can't accidentally release the plate (and camera). The lock stops the quick release lever from opening fully. Supplied with 1/4-inch and 3/8-inch camera fixing screws. Dimensions: 5.5 x 1.73 x 0.24 inches.
