The 700RC2,055XV is a complete kit consisting of the Manfrotto 055XV Aluminum View Tripod and the 700RC2 Mini Video Head. The 700RC2 is a compact and lightweight 2-movement head designed principally to support the latest digital video equipment but also well-suited to still photography cameras with medium and long telephoto lenses.

The Manfrotto 055XV Aluminum View Tripod offers aluminum legs with four different leg angle options to achieve lower heights. Foam rubber padding protects your hands against the heat and cold and quick-action leg locks quickly and quietly set the tripod into position. The 055XV features stainless steel fixings and has a painted dark green non-glare finish.

Four Different Leg Angle Pre-sets

Four pre-set independent leg angles -- 23°, 45°, 65° and 88° -- give the tripod great positioning flexibility and versatility, and allow all intermediate heights from the stated minimum to maximum levels to be reached. Stability is assured at all four angles by the spring-loaded step mechanism. Each of the legs can be set to a different angle of spread for more flexible, versatile positioning and to help keep camera equipment well-balanced over the tripod's center of gravity. The ergonomics of the leg angle release mechanism has been greatly improved.
