The Canon Pixma mini320 Compact Photo Printer is a veritable mobile photo lab. It prints beautiful high-resolution photographs, up to 5 x 7 inches, in a flash, has a 2.5-inch TFT display and an Easy-Scroll Wheel for fast, intuitive operation, and even helps to enrich photos with its Auto-Image Fix feature.

The Canon Pixma mini320 is the first in the Canon compact photo printer line-up to be able to print photo lab-quality images up to 5 x 7 inches. The bright, high-definition 2.5-inch LCD screen with wide viewing angles, and the Easy-Scroll Wheel interface enable users to navigate through menus and images in a snap. An optional battery (LK-61, see Recommended Accessories) is available for portable printing from almost any location, enabling parents to print out an image of their child's tee-ball game while sitting in the bleachers.

The inkjet-based PIXMA mini320 Compact Photo Printer has a maximum resolution of 9600 x 2400 color dpi for vibrant color printouts of a borderless 4x6-inch photo lab-quality print in approximately 40 seconds and a borderless 5x7-inch photo in approximately 52 seconds. You can print photos from compatible memory cards, digital cameras or camcorders, Bluetooth devices (via an optional accessory) or even a compatible camera phone.

Canon PowerShot and EOS Digital cameras can be connected directly to the Canon Pixma mini320 Photo Printer. ChromaLife100 System Long-Lasting Prints

The PIXMA mini320 Compact Photo Printer employs Canon's ChromaLife100 system, along with FINE print head technology for long-lasting photo prints. When using select genuine Canon photo papers and dye inks, prints can resist fading for up to 100 years when stored in an archival quality photo album. The 100-year-lifespan rivals that of many traditional film-based photos, long considered by consumers to be the benchmark for image permanence. Prints produced on Canon Photo Paper Pro with ChromaLife100 have up to a ten-year gas fastness when exposed to open air, and up to a 30-year light-fastness when displayed under glass.

Built-in Memory Card Slots

The mini320 offers a built-in memory card slot. Compatible memory cards include CompactFlash, Microdrive, Memory Stick, Memory Stick Pro, SD Card and MultimediaCard. Memory Stick Duo, Memory Stick PRO Duo, xD-Picture Card and MiniSD cards require an additional adaptor, which must be purchased separately. SDHC Card, RS-MMC, and microSD Card are also supported.

Bluetooth Wireless* Photo Printing Option

The SELPHY mini320 Printer is compatible with Canon's BU-20 Bluetooth Adaptor. Available as an optional accessory to the SELPHY and PIXMA Photo Printers, this petite Bluetooth adaptor allows users to print photos wirelessly from most Bluetooth enabled devices, like computers, mobile phones and PDAs.

PictBridge Technology

The Canon Pixma mini320 is PictBridge compliant. PictBridge is the worldwide direct printing standard that allows any PictBridge-compliant printer to print directly from any PictBridge compliant digital camera. Standard PictBridge features include the choice between borderless and bordered prints, optional date imprinting, print quantity selection, and trimming (cropping) of individual images. All of these features are controlled through a simple menu system on the camera's LCD monitor.
