Features in Detail | Enlarged Image
Olympus offers business users a choice of instinctive digital dictation devices with its desk-based Directrec Series. The Olympus DR-2000 can be easily integrated into existing workflow systems offering users a wealth of dictation features. The Directrec DR-2000's stylish, easy to use, slim-line design incorporates innovative features that ensure ease of use for left and right-handed users and the visually impaired. Outstanding quality microphone and speaker technology enables crystal clear recording in a wide range of settings and meeting formats, giving perfect reproduction during playback.
The combination of simplicity and innovation which has been packed into the Olympus Directrec Series sets the machines apart from their rivals. The DR-2000 is operated using a slide switch -- a familiar interface for those who are used to high-end voice recorders. A neat symmetrical design makes the DR-2000 just as simple for both left and right-handed users; while optional audible "command beeps" ensure the recorder is equally useful for the visually impaired.
The Olympus Directrec DR-2000 delivers a stunning performance -- a highly sensitive microphone ensures that every detail is recorded, whether the device is being used from a distance or at a conference. Because the DR-2000 records straight to a PC, there is no need to worry about storage capacity or purchasing additional accessories. The DR-2000 also provides exceptional playback performance. The innovative design ensures that the speaker is not obstructed by the user's hand when in use. The device is equipped with a speaker capable of operating at a high volume, enhancing performance when recording in a noisy environment.
